Executive Manger – Opportunity to Lead a Major Industrial Company

A leading industrial company based in 10th of Ramadan City, Egypt, is seeking to appoint a Executive Manger with a strategic vision and proven leadership experience to drive the company's operations, achieve its expansion objectives, and efficiently manage operational and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the company's overall strategy to achieve financial and commercial objectives.

• Provide full oversight of manufacturing operations, production lines, supply chains, and operational efficiency.

• Lead, mentor, and develop department managers to enhance productivity and organizational performance.

• Build and strengthen relationships with key clients, including pharmaceutical companies and regulatory authorities.

• Provide strong strategic direction, ensure sound financial management, and professionally manage risks and crises.

Requirements

• Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (Pharmacy, Science, or Engineering preferred).

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in the industrial sector, including at least 5 years in a senior executive leadership role .

  • Proven experience in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry or its supply chain is considered essential, with a solid understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturers and their suppliers.

  • Excellent leadership, decision-making, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
