Role Description Compare subcontractor quotations with estimated costs, negotiate pricing, and prepare subcontract agreements. Process subcontractor advance payments and obtain required approvals. Review quantities and purchase orders with Technical and Site teams before procurement. Prepare and monitor the project procurement schedule. Verify purchase order quantities against approved shop drawings and apply material waste allowances. Resolve commercial issues between project teams and subcontractors related to valuations and invoices. Monitor weekly procurement payments to ensure uninterrupted project progress. Evaluate variation orders, claims, and project cost impacts, including overheads and price fluctuations. Review and finalize subcontractor invoices, project costs, and final account quantities before client submission. Qualifications Architecture/Civil bachelor's degree. Minimum 5 to 7 years experience in a procurement role (Fit out projects is a must). Greater Giza resident.
