Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo. This position is responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, presenting Etisalat products and services to prospective and existing customers, and managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. The Sales Specialist will maintain strong customer relationships, respond to inquiries, and provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. The role also includes preparing sales reports, collaborating with the sales management team on targets and strategies, and participating in ongoing product and sales training to stay current with offerings and market trends. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with customers and colleagues. Candidates should possess solid Customer Service capabilities to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive client relationships. Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals. Candidates should possess Sales Management and Training skills to support team goals, share best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement. Relevant experience in telecommunications or related industries is beneficial. Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet or exceed sales KPIs. Proficiency in basic office and CRM software to manage customer data and sales activities. Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage. High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
