Business Development Executive (Commission-Based)

Horizon Specialized Engineering Consultants is looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities and secure engineering consultancy projects across Egypt.

Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities and qualified leads.
- Build strong relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, and project owners.
- Promote Horizon's engineering consultancy services.
- Coordinate with the technical team to prepare proposals.
- Support negotiations and contract closing.

Requirements

- Experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Relations within the Engineering Consultancy, Construction, or Real Estate sectors.
- Strong professional network in the Egyptian market.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven and target-oriented.
