Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Medical Representative role based in Qesm El Doki. The Medical Representative will promote Innovec’s nutraceutical and cosmeceutical portfolio to healthcare professionals, including physicians and pharmacists, through regular visits and product detailing. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships, providing accurate product and scientific information, and ensuring high standards of customer service. Daily responsibilities include planning and executing territory coverage, conducting market and competitor observations, organizing and participating in promotional activities, and reporting visits, feedback, and sales performance. The Medical Representative will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to meet targets and support brand growth in the assigned area. Qualifications Strong medical sales skills, including territory management, product promotion, and relationship building with healthcare professionals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively. Customer service orientation, with a focus on responsiveness, follow-up, and long-term client satisfaction. Foundational knowledge in medicine or related health sciences and familiarity with pharmacy practices and pharmaceutical regulations. Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy,Vet, Sciences,Ability to work independently in the field, manage schedules effectively, and meet sales and activity targets. Basic proficiency in using digital tools for reporting, CRM, and communication. Previous experience as a Medical Representative or in healthcare sales in Egypt or the MEA region is an advantage.
