• Experience in analyzing and underwiring Real Estate Project Loans. New Construction and remodeling. Residential, Multi Family and Commercial.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in real estate finance, mortgage lending underwriting, banking, loan origination, or loan processing.

• Good understanding of the real estate loan lifecycle, from initial inquiry through underwriting and closing.

• Ability to review borrower, property, and basic financial documentation.

• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

• Ability to manage multiple active loan files and meet deadlines.

• High level of accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.

• Ability to work independently during US business hours.

• Experience with business-purpose loans, bridge loans, rental-property loans, fix-and-flip financing, or construction loans is an advantage.

• Familiarity with US mortgage terminology and lending guidelines is preferred.
