Requirements
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in interior design and technical drafting.
Core Criteria: Demonstrated execution capability and output speed. Real skills and practical portfolio matter most.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Applied Arts (Interior Design / Decor), Fine Arts, or Architectural Engineering.
Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max (or SketchUp), and rendering tools (V-Ray / Corona).
Execution Knowledge: Good technical understanding of material combinations (metal, wood, glass) and manufacturing integration.
Portfolio Requirement: A strong portfolio showing executed 3D renders and actual shop drawing samples is mandatory.
