Our businesses include:Summit TABYON8COM Stores We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our digital marketing activities and generate qualified B2B leads while strengthening our online presence.
Key Responsibilities---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Digital Marketing Strategy:-------------------------------Execute digital marketing campaigns aligned with company objectives. Support lead generation initiatives across all business units. Identify new marketing opportunities and channels.
Social Media Management: ----------------------------------Manage Linked In, Instagram, Facebook and Tik Tok. Develop and maintain the monthly content calendar. Publish engaging content and monitor audience engagement. Coordinate with the Graphic Designer to produce high-quality visual content.
Content Marketing-----------------------------------Write professional social media posts. Prepare website content and landing pages. Produce blogs, newsletters and email marketing campaigns. Create marketing copy for advertisements and promotional campaigns.
Paid Advertising (Media Buying)----------------------------------------Plan, launch and optimise campaigns on:Google Ads Linked In Ads Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) Monitor campaign performance. Improve ROI and reduce Cost Per Lead (CPL).
Website & SEO-----------------------------------------Update website content. Improve on-page SEO. Monitor keyword rankings. Create landing pages for marketing campaigns.
Analytics & Reporting------------------------------------------Monitor Google Analytics and advertising platforms. Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports. Track KPIs including:Website Traffic Leads Generated Conversion Rate Cost Per Lead Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS)
Email Marketing & CRM--------------------------------------------Create email campaigns. Manage mailing lists. Support lead nurturing activities. Coordinate with the Business Development team to follow up marketing-generated leads.
Required Skills---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------3–5 years of Digital Marketing experience. Strong knowledge of:Google Ads Linked In Ads Meta Ads Google Analytics Google Tag Manager SEO fundamentals Email Marketing Experience with Word Press and/or Shopify. Excellent English communication skills. Strong analytical and reporting abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
