SS (Student Success Advisor) What You’ll Do:- Contact existing customers to introduce course renewal options and increase conversion rates.- Maintain regular follow-up with customers to understand their learning needs and recommend personalized renewal solutions.- Monitor students’ learning progress and analyze performance data to develop appropriate renewal strategies.- Address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure high levels of satisfaction throughout the renewal process.
Requirements:Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or Customer Service. Strong communication and persuasion skills. Target-driven and comfortable working in a performance-based environment. Motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets with a commission-focused mindset.
???? Working Hours:Sunday – Thursday: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM(Breaks: 2:45 – 3:00 PM | 5:00 – 6:00 PM)
Saturday: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM(Break: 12:45 – 1:00 PM)
