Job summary

We are looking for a English Language Teacher who possesses passion and the ability to teach and train, to deliver educational programs for students at different educational levels, whether by relying on approved curricula or by preparing educational kits and customized training programs.

You will also deliver English language courses for individuals and groups, remotely, using online meeting platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet and others.

Responsibilities and tasks

• Teach English to clients’ children at various grade levels.
• Explain approved curricula and help students achieve the best results.
• Prepare instructional plans aligned with each student's level.
• Prepare educational kits and training programs in English when needed.
• Provide individual and group English training courses.
• Deliver courses remotely via Zoom and Microsoft Teams and Google Meet, among others.
• Prepare assessments and measure trainees' levels and monitor their progress.
• Prepare activities and suitable teaching aids for different age groups.
• Prepare regular reports on students’ and trainees’ levels.
• Communicate with parents when needed to present student level and development plan.
• Develop educational content in line with best modern practices.
• Use modern technologies and AI tools in preparing educational materials and improving the learning experience.
• Perform any other educational or training tasks within the scope of the job.

• Pass the practical tests and personal interview.

Required qualifications and experience

• Bachelor's degree in English or English literature or Elementary Education (English) or any related field.
• Practical experience of at least 5 years teaching English.
• Experience teaching curricula across different educational stages.
• Ability to develop curricula, educational kits, and training materials.
• Experience delivering training courses in-person and remotely.
• Proficiency in using e-learning platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet.
• Preferably holds professional English language teaching certificates such as TESOL or TEFL or CELTA.
