Raya Holding for Financial Investments is hiring an Internal Communications & Engagement Graduate Intern.
What will you do?
- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement campaigns and internal events.
- Support the design and execution of internal marketing and communication campaigns for strategic initiatives, including email communications, branding assets, storytelling, and awareness activities.
- Create engaging content and presentations that strengthen Raya's culture, values, and employee experience.
- Coordinate with different functions to gather content, employee stories, and success stories across the organization.
- Maintain and optimize internal communication channels to ensure content is timely, relevant, and engaging.
- Track engagement metrics and support the collection of employee feedback and insights.

ما الذي ستفعله؟
- المساعدة في التخطيط وتنفيذ حملات تعزيز المشاركة بين الموظفين والفعاليات الداخلية.
- دعم تصميم وتنفيذ حملات التسويق والاتصالات الداخلية للمبادرات الاستراتيجية، بما في ذلك الاتصالات عبر البريد الإلكتروني، أصول العلامة التجارية، السرد القصصي، ورفع الوعي.
- إنشاء محتوى وعروض تقديمية جذابة تعزز ثقافة Raya وقيمها وتجربة الموظف.
- التنسيق مع وظائف مختلفة لجمع المحتوى وقصص الموظفين وقصص النجاح عبر المنظمة.
- الحفاظ على قنوات الاتصال الداخلي وتحسينها لضمان أن تكون المحتويات في التوقيت المناسب وذات صلة وجذابة.
- رصد مقاييس المشاركة ودعم جمع ملاحظات وآراء الموظفين.
