Role Description The Senior TA Specialist (Mass Hiring US Accounts) is a full-time, on-site role based in El Maadi El Gadida. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end talent acquisition processes for high-volume hiring, with a focus on US-based accounts. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and maintaining accurate recruitment records. The Senior TA Specialist will design and refine recruitment strategies, build strong talent pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience. The role also involves collaborating with internal stakeholders, tracking key hiring metrics, and supporting continuous improvement of recruitment processes.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Communication and Education-related skills for clear interaction with candidates and internal stakeholders. Candidates should possess Assistant Teaching and Working With Children skills that demonstrate patience, guidance, and the ability to explain concepts effectively when needed. Candidates should possess Mathematics skills for handling recruitment metrics, data analysis, and reporting. Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in mass or volume hiring for international (especially US) accounts. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools, and standard recruitment methodologies. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously. Ability to work on-site in El Maadi El Gadida and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
