Key Responsibilities:• Manage the complete employee lifecycle, from onboarding through offboarding.• Prepare and manage employment contracts and HR documentation.• Oversee payroll preparation, employee salaries, attendance, shifts, leave balances, and time-off records.• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.• Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.• Develop and improve HR policies and operational processes.• Supervise and coordinate the recruitment team, ensuring an efficient hiring process.• Partner with leadership to support workforce planning and organizational growth.
Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.• 3+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Generalist, or a similar role.• Strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll coordination, contracts, attendance, and employee relations.• Experience managing or mentoring a recruitment team is preferred.• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.• Experience in the healthcare, technology, or startup sectors is a plus.
