The role is responsible for developing a cohesive digital voice, managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and ensuring professional digital communication across all channels.
Job Description :Develop and execute digital media and social media strategies for both Lumin Systems and a high-profile public figure. Build and maintain a cohesive personal brand voice that balances business leadership with national and community engagement. Manage and grow social media accounts across Linked In, Facebook, X (Twitter), Tik Tok, and Instagram. Plan, create, schedule, publish, and optimize content across all social media platforms. Create engaging digital content, including posts, Reels, Shorts, videos, and interviews. Edit high-quality videos and adapt content for different social media platforms. Write compelling copy and captions in both Arabic and English. Monitor social media trends, audience engagement, and public sentiment to optimize content performance. Analyze performance metrics and recommend improvements to increase reach, engagement, and audience growth. Manage content calendars and ensure consistent publishing across all platforms.
Job Requirements :
4+ years of experience managing the digital presence and social media accounts of C-suite executives, public figures, government officials, or well-known brands. Proven experience managing Linked In, Facebook, X (Twitter), Tik Tok, and Instagram accounts. Strong experience in Personal Branding, Social Media Strategy, Content Planning, and Audience Growth. Excellent video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Cap Cut, or equivalent tools. Excellent copywriting skills in both Arabic and English. Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media trends, and platform best practices. Experience using social media analytics and reporting tools. Highly organized, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality. A portfolio showcasing social media accounts, campaigns, or public figures previously managed is required. Only candidates with proven experience managing social media accounts for executives, public figures, or corporate brands will be considered.
