Role Description The Architect at Jamal Landscaping LLC is responsible for planning and designing outdoor spaces, integrating landscaping, hardscaping, and structural elements into cohesive project plans. This role involves creating detailed architectural designs and drawings, collaborating with project teams to ensure alignment with client requirements, and coordinating with developers or technical specialists for any required software-based integrations. The Architect will oversee project progress, support scheduling and resource planning, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. This is a remote role, requiring effective communication, digital collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple projects from an off-site location.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience creating detailed plans for landscaping or built environments. Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Integration, particularly in using design or planning software and coordinating digital systems related to project workflows. Candidates should possess Project Management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, stakeholder communication, and risk management. Experience with landscape or outdoor environment design, including irrigation, pools, or hardscaping, is highly beneficial. Proficiency with CAD and other design tools, along with strong visual and spatial planning abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote setting. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
