Role Description The Electrical Sales Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in 6 pretroleum elagoza, responsible for driving sales of electrical equipment and solutions while providing technical guidance to clients. Day-to-day tasks include identifying customer needs, preparing technical and commercial offers, and presenting solutions that align with client requirements and standards. The role involves regular client meetings, site visits, and coordination with engineering and operations teams to ensure accurate specifications, timely delivery, and proper installation support. The Electrical Sales Engineer will respond to technical inquiries, assist in problem resolution, and maintain ongoing relationships with customers to support repeat business and long-term partnerships. The position also includes market research, opportunity tracking, and reporting on sales activities and forecasts to management.
Qualifications Strong Sales Engineering skills, including solution-based selling and the ability to translate technical features into business value. Experience in Sales and Customer Service, with a focus on building long-term client relationships and meeting sales targets. Technical Support capabilities, including troubleshooting, responding to technical queries, and coordinating with internal technical teams. Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for presentations, proposals, and client interactions. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field. Knowledge of electrical equipment, power distribution systems, and control panels; prior experience in panel manufacturing or electromechanical contracting is an advantage. Ability to work on-site in 6th of October and conduct regular customer visits and field assessments. Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools for reporting, proposal preparation, and managing sales pipelines. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, results-oriented approach.
