Job description
Serve as the primary point of contact for major accounts, build and maintain strategic client relationships
Own end-to-end logistics operations across assigned accounts, shipment execution, documentation, and milestone tracking
Coordinate across regulatory, finance, freight, warehouse, and trucking teams to ensure flawless delivery
Manage IOR/EOR customs clearance coordination and regulatory submission follow-up
Handle invoicing, SOA reconciliation, and collections follow-up within agreed timelines
Lead new account onboarding and support portfolio expansion when assigned
Requirements
→2+ years of experience in account management and logistics, IOR/EOR experience strongly preferred
→Proven track record of managing major accounts with high shipment volumes and complex operational requirements
→Strong understanding of Egyptian customs clearance, import documentation, and freight coordination
→Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
→Ability to manage multiple priorities across several accounts simultaneously without losing quality
→Bachelor's degree in logistics, business administration, supply chain, or a related field

امتلاك عمليات اللوجستيات الشاملة من نهاية إلى نهاية عبر الحسابات المعينة، تنفيذ الشحن، التوثيق، وتتبع المعالم
التنسيق عبر فرق التنظيم والمالية والشحن والمخازن والخيّاطة لضمان تسليم بدون عيوب
إدارة تنسيق التخليص الجمركي IOR/EOR والمتابعة التنظيمية للتقديم
التعامل مع الفوترة، تسوية بيانات SOA والمتابعة في تحصيل المستحقات ضمن الجداول الزمنية المتفق عليها
قيادة إدخال الحسابات الجديدة ودعم توسيع المحفظة عند التعيين
المتطلبات
→خبرة 2+ سنوات في إدارة الحسابات واللوجستيات، يفضَّل خبرة IOR/EOR بشدة
→سجل حافل في إدارة حسابات رئيسية ذات أحجام شحن عالية ومتطلبات تشغيلية معقدة
→فهم قوي لإجراءات التخليص الجمركي المصرية، وتوثيق الواردات، وتنسيق الشحن
→مهارات اتصال وإدارة علاقات عميل ممتازة
→القدرة على إدارة أولويات متعددة عبر عدة حسابات في نفس الوقت دون فقدان الجودة
→درجة البكالوريوس في اللوجستيات، إدارة الأعمال، سلسلة التوريد، أو مجال ذي صلة
