Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo for a Senior Dynamics 365 Finance Consultant. The consultant will lead Dynamics 365 Finance implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment. Responsibilities include translating business processes into system workflows, optimizing financial modules such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, and fixed assets, and ensuring alignment with client objectives. The role involves preparing documentation, conducting user training, providing post-go-live support, and collaborating closely with project managers, technical teams, and client stakeholders to deliver successful projects on schedule. Qualifications Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, including configuration, customization, and implementation of core financial modules. Proven experience in finance and accounting processes, such as general ledger, financial reporting, budgeting, cost control, and compliance. Ability to analyze business requirements, design solutions, and map processes to Dynamics 365 functionalities. Experience with full project lifecycle activities, including workshops, documentation, testing, data migration, and user training. Solid understanding of Microsoft ecosystem and related technologies (e.g., Power Platform, Azure, integrations) is an advantage. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams. Proactive problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently under time constraints. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related field; relevant Microsoft certifications are preferred. Prior experience in consulting or working with clients in Egypt or the Middle East is beneficial.
