We're looking for an experienced Software Presales Manager to lead our presales function and work closely with our sales and delivery teams to deliver winning solutions. What You'll Do:Lead the presales team and provide technical and functional guidance throughout the sales cycle. Engage with customers to understand business requirements and propose tailored software solutions. Design and present solution architectures, demonstrations, and proof of concepts. Prepare technical proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and solution documentation. Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Delivery teams to develop competitive solution strategies. Mentor and develop the presales team while driving best practices and continuous improvement. Stay up to date with market trends and emerging technologies. What We're Looking For:7+ years of experience in software presales, solution consulting, or enterprise software. Previous experience leading or mentoring a presales team. Strong understanding of enterprise software solutions, digital transformation, system integration, BPM, ECM, workflow automation, or related technologies. Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience responding to enterprise RFPs and delivering executive-level presentations. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.????
