Accounting Manager (German Speaker) / Hybrid
Requirements:Fluent German (B2+) Fluent English Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field6+ years of accounting or finance experience Strong experience with month-end close and financial reporting Solid knowledge of GL accounting, journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis Advanced Excel skills ERP experience (Net Suite is a plus) Previous leadership or people management experience
Key Competencies:Excellent communication skills in both German and English Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills Leadership and team management experience Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
