Role Description The Talent Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Maadi. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing talent development strategies that support the growth and performance of team members. Day-to-day tasks include assessing learning needs, creating training and development programs, coordinating succession planning initiatives, and monitoring the impact of talent management activities. The Talent Development Manager partners with leadership to identify high-potential team members, create career development pathways, and foster a culture of continuous learning. The role also involves facilitating workshops, coaching employees, and ensuring that talent development practices align with organizational goals and standards.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in Talent Development and Talent Management, with the ability to build and execute comprehensive development frameworks. Proficiency in Training & Development, including needs assessment, program design, delivery, and evaluation. Experience with Succession Planning, including identifying key roles, developing successor pipelines, and tracking readiness. Strong Communication skills, including the ability to facilitate workshops, present to diverse audiences, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders. Proven experience in an education, learning, or training-focused organization is preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications in L&D or HR are an advantage. Ability to work on-site in Qesm El Maadi, manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, and use data to inform talent decisions. Strong organizational, coaching, and relationship-building skills, with a commitment to inclusive and equitable development practices.
