Core responsibilities
- Collect cost information and maintain the expense database.
- Build the company’s data accumulation systems.
- Identify fixed and variable costs.
- Review standard and actual costs of the company.
- Prepare budget reports.
- Analyze and report the company's profit margins.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual cost forecasts.
- Ability to consolidate different financial data.
- Provide accurate product cost information.
- tally all products and determine their nature and specifications.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing.
- Identify cost-effective solutions and make recommendations.
- Conduct warehouse inventories every 3 months with weekly counts on some items.
