We’re Hiring | Talent Acquisition Specialist
Are you passionate about connecting great talent with the right opportunities? We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team, based in Giza (Haram) or nearby areas.
In this role, you will collaborate with line managers to identify hiring needs and manage recruitment for both white- and blue-collar roles.
Key Responsibilities:- Select appropriate recruitment channels to source qualified talent- Deliver high-quality shortlisted candidates in a timely manner- Coordinate and ensure a smooth interview process with line managers and HRBPs- Maintain recruitment databases and prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports
Key Competencies:- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Results-driven mindset- Effective problem-solving abilities
Job Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field- 2–4 years of Talent Acquisition experience, covering both white- and blue-collar hiring (FMCG experience is a must)- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.- Experience managing the full recruitment cycle for a variety of roles.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
