Key Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor the company's annual budget and financial plans.

• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Monitor cash flow and ensure sufficient liquidity for business operations.

• Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to improve profitability and cost efficiency.

• Oversee accounting operations and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.

• Manage banking relationships, financing activities, and cash management.

• Ensure timely preparation and submission of tax returns and statutory reports.

• Develop and improve financial policies, internal controls, and reporting procedures.

• Support senior management with financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.

• Lead, coach, and develop the finance team to achieve departmental objectives.

• Ensure compliance with all applicable financial, legal, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, including 3–5 years in a managerial position.

• Strong experience in preparing financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.

• Hands-on experience in tax inspections and dealing with the Egyptian Tax Authority.

• Solid experience in preparing and managing annual budgets (Budgeting) and financial planning.

• Good knowledge of social insurance administration, including employee and contractor insurance compliance.

• Strong knowledge of Egyptian tax laws and financial regulations.

• Experience with advanced Microsoft Excel.

• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or petroleum services companies is highly preferred.

• Experience in cost control and cash flow management is preferred.
