Job Summary The QA Analysis Specialist in this role will be responsible for evaluating our operational workflows, identifying bottlenecks or inefficiencies, and mapping out seamless cross-functional processes. The ideal candidate blends solid QA principles with process-improvement expertise to elevate overall team efficiency and ensure flawless execution.
Key Responsibilities Process Analysis & Gap Identification Collect, review, and evaluate operational data to identify process bottlenecks, redundancies, and failure points. Conduct structured Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on recurring operational flaws or quality drops. Identify risks and propose practical recommendations to optimize workflow efficiency. Process Mapping & Workflow Integration Design, map, and document clear end-to-end process flows and sequence flows. Connect and align interdependent operations between teams to ensure seamless handoffs and prevent process gaps. Create and maintain standardized process documentation, SOPs, and workflow guidelines. Performance Measurement & Reporting Develop, monitor, and maintain departmental KPIs and quality benchmarks. Prepare detailed analytical reports and dashboards highlighting process variances and performance trends. Ensure timely and accurate submission of periodic QA performance reviews to management. Continuous Improvement & Compliance Collaborate with execution teams to validate process recommendations through data and trial runs. Propose and track corrective and preventive measures (CAPA) based on analytical findings. Verify process adherence to company QA standards and participate in internal audits. Stakeholder Coordination Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather accurate operational data and map real-world workflows. Communicate findings, workflow diagrams, and process changes clearly to concerned stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analysis, Quality Management, or a related field. Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in Quality Assurance, Process Analysis, Workflow Mapping, or Operational Improvement roles. Professional certification in Lean Six Sigma, Quality Management Systems (QMS), or Business Process Management (BPM) is preferred. Proven track record in mapping end-to-end processes, linking cross-functional workflows, and identifying root causes of process inefficiencies. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook). Advanced proficiency in process diagramming and flowchart tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Visio). Fluent in English. Hands-on experience with KPI frameworks, data collection, and drafting SOPs. Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and internal auditing procedures is an advantage.
