Role Description The Sales Associate role at Al Dahab Group is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Associate is responsible for welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable products or services. Daily tasks include presenting product features, answering inquiries, processing sales transactions, and handling returns or exchanges in line with company policies. The role also involves maintaining an organized and presentable sales area, updating inventory and sales records, and supporting promotional activities or campaigns. Sales Associates collaborate with the wider team to meet sales targets, provide feedback on customer trends, and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process. Qualifications Strong customer service, relationship-building, and communication skills to engage effectively with diverse customers. Sales, negotiation, and basic retail operations skills, including handling transactions and managing point-of-sale systems.
