مهندس إنتاج ميكانيكي
مسؤول عن الإشراف على وتحسين عمليات التصنيع للهياكل الحديدية والتجميع المسبق لمنتجاتنا قبل التركيب.
تصميم القطع وإعداد رسومات الورشة للمنتجات قيد الإنتاج باستخدام SolidWorks وAutoCAD وغيرها من البرامج المطلوبة.
تخطيط الإنتاج وتدفق العمل والالتزام بجدول المشاريع.
تدفق المواد وتحسين كفاءة الإنتاج وتقليل التكاليف.
تشغيل معدات الورشة ومراقبة صيانة وأداء معدات الإنتاج، مع ضمان تشغيلها بكفاءة وموثوقية.
القدرة على قيادة فريق الورشة، إدارة المهام وتقييم الأفراد.
فهم قوي للمبادئ الميكانيكية، عمليات التصنيع، وتقنيات إنتاج الصلب.
المتطلبات
درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية.
خبرة مثبتة في المجال المقابل (تصنيع هياكل فولاذية وتشكيل المعدن).
حد أدنى 3 سنوات من الخبرة في تصنيع الصلب ومنتجات المعدن المَسطّح.
خبرة في الرفع والتجميع وعمليات اللحام.
إتقان استخدام SolidWorks وAutoCAD وتشغيل ماكينات CNC.
Mechanical Production Engineer
Responsible for overseeing and optimizing the manufacturing processes of steel structures and pre- assembly for our products before installation.
Designing parts and preparing workshop drawings for products under production using solidworks, AutoCAD and other required software.
Production planning and work flow and commitment with projects timeline.
Materials workflow and improve production efficiency and cost reduction.
Operate workshop equipment and monitor maintenance and performance of production equipment, ensuring its efficient operation and reliability.
Ability to lead workshop team, task management, and personnel appraisal
Strong understanding of mechanical principles, manufacturing processes, and steel production techniques.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Proven experience in matching field (steel structure fabrication & sheet metal production).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a steel manufacturing & sheet metal products.
Experience in erection and assembly and welding processes.
Excellent user of Solidworks, AutoCAD, CNC machines operation.
