* Distributing faults and requests daily to technicians within the region they are responsible for.
* Monitoring technicians and ensuring the execution and closure of faults in the system on a regular basis.
* Monitoring all open and overdue faults within the region and working to resolve them quickly.
* Monitoring the productivity and performance of each technician and the achievement rates for the region.
* Organizing and distributing the workload among technicians to ensure optimal use of available resources.
* Continuous communication with technicians and solving operational problems they face during execution of tasks.
* Ensuring that request and fault statuses are updated correctly and continuously in the system.
* Escalating issues or obstacles that cannot be resolved to the direct supervisor and following up until closure.
* Responsibility for overseeing the entire workflow within the region and achieving the required achievement and productivity rates.
