Description and main responsibilities
Quality Assurance (QA): Establish policies and procedures to ensure project execution according to correct technical requirements from the outset.
Quality Control (QC): Field inspection and periodic tests to ensure implementation matches specifications.
Documentation: preparing and managing reports, inspection minutes, and tracking material approvals.
2. Required technical skills
Deep understanding of engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Knowledge of international standards such as ISO, ASTM, ACI, and ASME.
Mastery of tools and techniques for analysis and problem-solving 
Excellent skills in writing technical reports.
3. Qualifications and professional certifications
Educational degree: Bachelor's in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Quality).
Certifications:
Courses and certifications in Six Sigma methodology (e.g., Green Belt or Black Belt).
Certifications from globally recognized quality associations such as ASQ (e.g., Certified Quality Engineer CQE).
