About the role:

Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at The First Residence is looking for a talented and experienced Front Desk Receptionist who shares our passion for excellence and is enthusiastic about creating the ultimate experience.

What you will do:

• Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible
• Assist guests in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operation, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.
• Respond to all guest requests in an accurate and timely manner. Interactions with guests will be in person and by phone
• Resolve guest complaints, and find opportunities to recognize and personalize the service experience for all guests

What you bring:

• One or more years experience working within a luxury hotel or similar environment is considered an asset
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Cross cultural sensitivity and customer service orientation
• Guest centricity and understanding the importance of guests’ preferences
