  • Vision Communications is hiring a Business Developer.

  • Advertising agency experience is a must

  • We’re looking for someone who already understands:

  • Retainers.

  • Pitches.

  • Campaigns.

  • Client servicing.

  • Production timelines.

  • Proposal building.

  • And the reality of agency life.

  • This is not a traditional sales role.

  • We need someone who knows how to:

  • • Build relationships with marketing directors, brand managers, and developers

  • • Turn meetings into opportunities

  • • Understand client needs before they become briefs

  • • Sell strategy, creative, production, and communication solutions properly

  • • Work closely with strategy and creative teams during pitches and proposals

Requirements

  • Requirements:

  • • Previous experience in a communications, advertising, marketing, PR, or creative agency is mandatory

  • • Existing network in real estate, corporate, or brand sectors is a strong plus

  • • Strong understanding of retainers, campaigns, production scopes, and agency workflows

  • • Ability to communicate professionally with decision-makers

  • • Strong presentation and negotiation skills

  • This role is for someone who already speaks the agency language.

  • Not someone trying to learn it for the first time.
