مراقبة تقدم البناء والتأكد من اكتمال الأعمال وفق الجدول الزمني.
إجراء عمليات التفتيش وضمان جودة الأعمال طوال جميع التشطيبات المعمارية.
التنسيق مع الهياكل والميكانيكا والكهرباء والتصاميم الأخرى لحل مشاكل الموقع.
مراجعة واعتماد رسومات الورش وأسئلة RFIs وتقديم المواد والنماذج الأولية.
تحديد تضارب التصاميم واقتراح حلول موقعية عملية.
ضمان الامتثال لمعايير جودة المشروع وأنظمة الصحة والسلامة والمتطلبات التعاقدية.
المتطلبات
-الخبرة من 5–7 سنوات كحد أدنى في الإشراف الموقعي المعماري والبناء.
-إثبات الخبرة في إدارة مشاريع سكنية وتجارية.
-الخبرة في العمل مع المقاولين والاستشاريين والعملاء طوال جميع مراحل المشروع.
-مهارات اتصال وتعاون ممتازة.
-معرفة قوية بم codes البناء والتنظيمات.
-القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وضمن فريق.
-سجل حافل في تقديم أعمال عالية الجودة.
-يجب أن يكون متاحاً للتكليف الموقعي بدوام كامل في الساحل الشمالي (السل).
Supervise and coordinate all architectural site activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor construction progress and ensure work is completed according to schedule.
Conduct inspections and ensure high-quality workmanship throughout all architectural finishes.
Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other disciplines to resolve site issues.
Review and approve shop drawings, RFIs, material submittals, and mock-ups.
Identify design conflicts and propose practical site solutions.
Ensure compliance with project quality standards, health and safety regulations, and contractual requirements.
Requirements
-Minimum 5–7 years of experience in architectural site supervision and construction.
-Proven experience in managing residential, commercial projects.
-Experience working with contractors, consultants, and clients throughout all project phases.
-Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
-Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Proven track record of delivering high-quality work.
-Must be available for full-time site assignment in the North Coast (El Sahel).
