Next Academy is hiring an "University Program Manager" Next Technology Development is Egypt's market authority in technology training and talent development. For over 20 years, we've partnered with global technology leaders to transform careers and organizations. We need a University Programs Manager who can build meaningful partnerships with universities, activate student communities, and create a sustainable pipeline of future talent. This is a unique role that bridges relationship management, community building, and commercial impact.
What You'll Do
University Relations (External Front #1):
· Build and maintain strong relationships with university administration, faculty, and staff.
· Secure smooth access to students and alumni networks with institutional support.
· Identify and develop opportunities for mass training programs sponsored or funded by universities.
· Negotiate partnership agreements and maintain ongoing relationships.
Community Activation (External Front #2):
· Recruit, train, and manage Student Ambassadors across target universities.
· Mobilize student and graduate leaders to strengthen brand presence and awareness.
· Coordinate campus events, seminars, and career-focused activities.
· Work closely with Inside Sales team to convert community-generated leads to enrollments.
Commercial Impact:
· Drive enrollment pipeline through university channels.
· Identify corporate-sponsored training opportunities originating from university relationships.
· Support Inside Sales team with qualified lead flow from campus activities.

What You'll Bring
Must-Have:
· 5+ years of experience in university relations, business development, or partnership management.
· Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with university leadership and key stakeholders.
· Strong network within Egyptian universities (private and public).
· Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
· Ability to mobilize and inspire student communities.
Nice-to-Have:
· Experience in the education, training, or professional development sector.
· Experience managing ambassador or community programs.
· Understanding of the technology job market and career paths.
