Company Description INDesign Studio is an interior and architecture design consultancy specializing in residential and leisure projects, including food and beverage outlets and retail spaces. Projects are delivered through two closely collaborating teams: an architecture team and an interior/FF&E team, ensuring coordinated concepts and detailed CAD packages that meet local and international standards. The studio is known for project-specific, high-level design solutions that combine in-depth industry knowledge with tailored concepts for each client. INDesign Studio builds strong relationships with professional contractors and quality suppliers, allowing it to advise clients on all aspects of their projects and deliver competitive, appropriate designs for diverse environments.
Role Description The Technical Architect is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo, responsible for defining and overseeing the technical architecture of INDesign Studio’s design and project delivery systems. This role involves designing and maintaining scalable solution architectures, guiding integration between tools and platforms used by architectural and interior teams, and ensuring technical alignment with enterprise-wide standards. Day-to-day activities include collaborating with stakeholders to translate business and design requirements into technical solutions, supporting software development efforts, and reviewing technical documentation and system designs. The Technical Architect will also monitor system performance, recommend improvements, uphold security and compliance standards, and provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Technical Architecture and Solution Architecture, with the ability to design scalable, reliable, and secure systems. Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Integration to support implementation, tool connectivity, and workflow automation. Candidates should possess skills in Enterprise Architecture to align technical solutions with organizational strategy, standards, and best practices. Experience designing or supporting systems in architecture, design, construction, or related industries is beneficial. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a structured approach to documentation and quality assurance. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
