We're hiring :
a Sales Director / Manager - Red Sea Projects (Real Estate) ????????

Company: Premium Real Estate & Marketing Consultancy

Location: Madinaty, New Cairo, Egypt

Job Type: Full-time (On-site)

???? Job Purpose:
To recruit, structure, and manage an experienced sales team to achieve targets in coastal properties and our expansion in New Cairo, supporting our regional growth.

???? Requirements:
Minimum 7 years of overall experience in Real Estate sales.
Minimum 2 years of proven experience explicitly as a Sales Director or Sales Manager (candidates with only Team Leader experience will not be considered).
Strong experience & an active database in Red Sea projects is a MUST (El Gouna, Somabay, Makadi, Sahl Hasheesh, Hurghada).
Fluent English (Spoken & Written).
Strong network of A+ clients and investors with a proven track record in closing high-ticket deals.
