About the Role We are seeking an exceptionally articulate, high-caliber Executive Business Partner & Brand Lead to work directly alongside the Chief Executive Officer. In this strategic, high-impact hybrid role, you will serve as the primary operational force supporting executive decisions while taking full ownership of our end-to-end (A to Z) corporate marketing strategy. You will drive company-wide marketing initiatives, manage corporate digital touchpoints, and strategically curate the CEO’s personal brand—with a sharp focus on B2B audience growth, thought leadership, and high-engagement positioning on Linked In. Key Responsibilities1. Executive Partnership & Operational Support Serve as a strategic gatekeeper and trusted liaison between the CEO and internal teams, clients, and global partners. Prepare high-level business proposals, corporate presentations, executive briefs, and official correspondence in impeccable, native-level English. Manage executive scheduling, high-priority communications, and strategic daily workflows to optimize CEO productivity.2. End-to-End Marketing Strategy & Execution (A to Z) Conceptualize, launch, and manage 360-degree marketing campaigns aligned with commercial goals and brand positioning. Oversee the end-to-end content pipeline: copy strategy, visual direction, content calendars, and audience targeting. Monitor marketing analytics, measure key performance indicators (KPIs), and continuously optimize strategies for maximum lead generation and brand authority.3. Social Media Management & Executive Branding (Linked In Focus) Corporate Brand: Lead and expand our corporate presence across Facebook and Linked In, delivering refined B2B and B2C positioning. CEO Personal Branding: Design and execute a sophisticated Linked In thought-leadership strategy for the CEO, writing compelling posts, industry insights, and professional commentary. Active Linked In Networking: Monitor industry developments, foster meaningful engagement within key decision-maker networks, and position the leadership as an industry authority. Candidate Qualifications Experience: 3 to 5+ years of combined experience in Executive Support, Corporate Communications, or Digital Marketing. English Command: Native or Near-Native fluency (written and spoken) with zero tolerance for grammatical or stylistic errors. Linked In Mastery: In-depth technical and strategic knowledge of the Linked In ecosystem, algorithm dynamics, executive personal branding, and B2B engagement strategies. Copywriting & Communication: Superior business copywriting skills capable of switching seamlessly between corporate brand voice and executive thought-leadership tone. Design & Digital Tools: Proficiency in modern marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite, Linked In Analytics, scheduling tools). Soft Skills: Exceptional emotional intelligence, absolute discretion with sensitive business data, high attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
