• Develop and maintain production processes, standards, and related documents including Process Flow Diagrams, Work Instructions, Control Plans, FMEA, and BOM.

• Ensure version control and timely updates to reflect product changes, equipment upgrades, and process optimizations.

• Analyze production defects, identify root causes, and formulate effective corrective and preventive action plans.

• Propose and implement improvement initiatives by optimizing process parameters, enhancing workflows, or introducing new technologies to boost productivity, improve product quality, reduce costs, and ensure BOM accuracy and consistency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Polymer, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).

• 2–3 years of experience in process engineering within foaming, polyurethane, rubber, or polymer processing industries.

• Strong knowledge of process documentation systems, FMEA, Control Plans, and BOM management.

• Experience related to the foaming process of refrigerators.

• Hands-on experience with defect analysis and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, 8D, DMAIC).

• Familiarity with foaming equipment, chemical formulations, and process parameters is a strong advantage.
