Job Title: Marketing Manager – Exhibitions Experience
Reports To: Head of Marketing / Director
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager with a strong background in exhibitions and events to lead marketing initiatives for our shows. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving visitor attendance, exhibitor participation, and brand visibility through strategic and creative marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing strategies for exhibitions, trade shows, and events Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns (digital, social media, email, PR, and offline marketing) Drive visitor acquisition and exhibitor lead generation Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with revenue targets Manage event branding, positioning, and promotional activities Work with media partners, agencies, and sponsors for event promotion Oversee content creation including brochures, websites, emailers, and social media campaigns Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies based on ROI and KPIsManage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective execution Coordinate on-site branding, signage, and promotional activities during events Conduct market research and competitor analysis within the exhibition industry
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)5–8 years of marketing experience, with proven experience in exhibitions/events industry Strong understanding of B2B marketing and event promotion strategies Experience in driving attendance and exhibitor acquisition Knowledge of digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and marketing automation Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines

Location: Heliopolis, Cairo. Days Off: Sat, Sun Social & Medical Insurance. Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
