Continuously monitor stock levels
Conduct periodic inventory (daily / weekly / monthly)
Match actual quantities with the system
Enter and update inventory data in systems
Prepare periodic reports on stock status
Analyze item movement (fast-selling / stagnant)
Coordinate with the Purchasing Department for replenishment
Coordinate with the Sales Department to forecast demand
Monitor purchase and procurement orders
Monitor product expiration dates (if any)
Reduce waste and spoilage in stock
Organize and arrange the warehouse according to standards (FIFO / LIFO)
Use barcode systems and stock management
Track discrepancies and investigate them
Compliance with the company's storage policies and procedures
