Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of production professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.

• Oversee daily production activities, ensuring adherence to schedules, quality standards, and operational procedures.

• Implement and monitor production plans to meet output targets and optimize resource utilization.

• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall ????

  • Operations Management: Fully supervise all production phases to ensure timely product delivery according to set schedules.

  • Task Allocation: Schedule daily work orders and allocate tasks across production lines (cutting, bending, pressing, punching, and welding).

• Team Leadership: Guide, motivate, and monitor the performance of technicians, supervisors, and laborers to maximize productivity.

Skills & Technologies

We are looking for a candidate who is not only a skilled engineer but also a natural leader. You will leverage your expertise in Engineering and Mechanical Engineering, combined with strong Production management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential for reporting and communication, alongside a proven track record in Operations Management, Process Improvement, and Quality Control. Your ability to demonstrate effective Leadership, Team Coordination, and Problem Solving will be key to your success.

Requirements

????️ Job Requirements & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical Production, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent).

• Field Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in metal fabrication, metal industries, and sheet metal works.

• Leadership Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within metal factories.

• Soft Skills: Strong leadership personality, excellent problem-solving skills under operational pressure, and high organizational capabilities.

• Technical Acumen: Adept with modern production techniques and tools, coupled with excellent analytical and Problem Solving skills.

• Software Proficiency: Competency in Microsoft Office applications for reporting and data analysis.
