Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a fresh Real Estate Agent based in New Cairo. The Real Estate Agent will support clients through the entire property transaction cycle, including identifying suitable listings, conducting property viewings, and explaining key property features. Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries, maintaining client records, coordinating with listing agents and property owners, and following up on leads. The role also involves learning local market trends, assisting in preparing basic sales documentation under supervision, and promoting available properties through approved channels. The agent will work closely with senior team members to develop sales techniques and gain practical experience in real estate transactions. Qualifications Candidates should possess or be in the process of obtaining a valid Real Estate License, with a strong interest in building a career in Real Estate. Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills and the ability to build trust and rapport with a diverse range of clients. Candidates should possess Sales skills and an understanding of Real Property concepts, including property types, ownership, and basic transaction steps. Candidates should demonstrate effective communication, negotiation potential, and basic computer literacy (email, office applications, online listing platforms). Candidates should be motivated to learn, able to work on-site in New Cairo, and manage time and tasks efficiently under guidance. Relevant education in business, marketing, or a related field is beneficial but not required; prior internship or customer-facing experience is a plus.
