To ensure that the loan issuance process is carried out in full compliance with the company's policies and procedures by supervising the branches within the assigned region, The role is responsible for achieving the targets set by the Credit Business Sector and ensuring the region meets its assigned business objectives.
Key Duties & Responsibilities Monitor branch productivity in terms of loan disbursement volumes and portfolio risk indicators through daily system monitoring. Evaluate the effectiveness of the company's product marketing strategies within the region and submit recommendations based on market analysis and periodic competitor assessments. Conduct random visits to branch customers to ensure compliance with the company's customer verification procedures and policies. Analyze the causes of customer and employee attrition by monitoring turnover rates across the region and implementing the necessary corrective actions. Evaluate the performance of Branch Managers, Senior Loan Officers, and Loan Officers; identify their training and development needs, and coordinate with the Head Office to improve branch productivity. Conduct regular branch visits to review cash management, inspect facilities and fixed assets, and submit reports with recommendations for any required corrective actions to the Head Office. Detect potential fraud and embezzlement cases at an early stage and promptly report them to the relevant Head Office departments to ensure appropriate action is taken. Monitor the performance of newly hired branch employees to ensure they effectively apply the knowledge and technical skills acquired during training and successfully integrate into branch operations. Respond to observations and recommendations issued by the Internal Audit and Inspection Department and ensure full compliance with their directives. Recommend promotions, transfers, and new appointments to the Head Office based on a thorough understanding of branch employees' performance, capabilities, and the staffing needs of the region. Prepare management reports illustrating the profitability of regional branches and workforce changes for senior management.
