About the Role We're looking for an experienced Sales Team Leader to lead our outbound sales team in Maadi. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in sales, telesales, or call center sales and a passion for coaching teams and driving results.
The selected candidate will start with a 3-month probation period as a Senior Sales Representative to gain hands-on experience with our products and sales process. Upon meeting the required performance targets, they will transition into the Sales Team Leader role.
What You'll DoAchieve individual sales targets through outbound sales calls. Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team. Monitor team performance, KPIs, and CRM activities. Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback. Support the team in achieving sales targets and improving conversion rates. Promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Requirements Bachelor's Degree. Minimum 3 years of Sales or Telesales experience. At least 1 year of experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Experience coaching and developing sales representatives. Comfortable communicating in English with non-Arabic-speaking managers. Experience using CRM systems. Willing to work full-time on-site in Maadi.
Location: On-site – Maadi Working Hours:Sunday – Thursday: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (1 hour & 15-minute break) Saturday: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
