Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Medical Sales Representative with experience in the cosmetics and personal care industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling premium cosmetic and personal care products to dermatologists, aesthetic clinics, pharmacies, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals. The role requires strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships while achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities Promote and sell the company's cosmetics and personal care products to healthcare professionals and key accounts. Develop and maintain strong relationships with dermatologists, aesthetic physicians, pharmacists, clinics, hospitals, and distributors. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and scientific detailing. Educate healthcare professionals on product features, benefits, ingredients, and clinical evidence. Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage. Execute territory planning and customer segmentation strategies. Organize and participate in conferences, workshops, exhibitions, and promotional events. Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and customer visit records. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Veterinary Medicine, Science, Biotechnology, or a related field.2–5+ years of experience as a Medical Sales Representative, preferably in cosmetics, dermatology, skincare, haircare, or personal care. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong knowledge of cosmetic ingredients and dermatological products is an advantage. Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills. Strong relationship-building and networking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word). Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
