Job Summary:Bird Nest is looking for a motivated and results-driven Senior Customer Experience Specialist to join our Commercial Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective clients, qualifying leads, promoting Bird Nest's hospitality services and accommodation offerings, and converting inquiries into bookings or qualified reservation opportunities. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:Contact potential customers through outbound calls and follow up on inbound inquiries. Introduce and promote Bird Nest's hospitality services, accommodation options, and special offers. Understand customers' travel or accommodation needs and recommend suitable solutions. Qualify leads and convert them into bookings or sales opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Accurately update customer information and sales activities in the CRM system. Follow up with leads to maximize conversion rates. Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally while delivering exceptional customer service. Collaborate with the Sales and Guest Experience teams to ensure a seamless customer journey. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs. Stay up to date with Bird Nest's properties, services, promotions, and company policies.
Qualifications:1–2 years of experience in , call center sales, hospitality sales, or customer service. Experience in hospitality, travel, or real estate is a plus. Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills. Strong sales, persuasion, and objection-handling abilities. Customer-oriented with a positive and professional attitude. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
