• Record all accounting transactions related to import and export activities.

• Follow up on purchase orders from issuance until receipt of shipments.

• Record commercial invoices in the accounting system.

• Calculate the Landed Cost of imported materials, including:

  Manufacturing cost

  Purchase cost

  Insurance

  Customs duties

  Freight

  Taxes and other applicable charges

• Review all inventory transactions, including receipts, issues, transfers, and returns.

• Reconcile inventory balances between the accounting system and warehouse records.

• Review and verify inventory receipt and issue documents before approval.

• Prepare periodic inventory cost reports.

• Monitor product costs and ensure compliance with the company's pricing policy.

• Participate in periodic and annual inventory counts and analyze inventory variances.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of proven experience in accounting or finance.

• Solid knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); experience with accounting software (SAP, Oracle, Odoo) is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
