We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Civil Engineer with around 3-7 years of professional experience in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in civil works, coupled with good knowledge of hotel and resort projects. Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing civil engineering works on site.
Support senior engineers and project managers in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required standards.
Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to resolve technical or site-related issues.
Prepare progress reports, daily logs, and other documentation as required.
Participate in inspections and quality control checks for civil and structural works.
