Monitor project costs and ensure accurate cost allocation.
Review contractors' invoices and supporting documents.
Maintain accurate accounting records related to construction projects.
Assist in monthly closing, financial reporting, and account reconciliations.
Coordinate with project managers and procurement teams regarding contractors' accounts.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in accounting within construction companies or real estate development companies.
Strong knowledge of contractors' accounting, subcontractor payments, project costing, and financial reporting.
Experience with ERP/accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
