Job Details

  • Prepare and process subcontractor payments and reconciliations.

  • Monitor project costs and ensure accurate cost allocation.

  • Review contractors' invoices and supporting documents.

  • Maintain accurate accounting records related to construction projects.

  • Assist in monthly closing, financial reporting, and account reconciliations.

  • Coordinate with project managers and procurement teams regarding contractors' accounts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • 3–5 years of experience in accounting within construction companies or real estate development companies.

  • Strong knowledge of contractors' accounting, subcontractor payments, project costing, and financial reporting.

  • Experience with ERP/accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.

  • Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
