Job Details

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles within the organization, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.

  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates in the hospitality technology sector.

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define job requirements, and create compelling job descriptions.

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.

  • Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.

  • Manage and maintain the applicant tracking system, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with company policies.

  • Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

  • Provide guidance and training to hiring managers on best practices in interviewing and selection.

  • Monitor recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports to inform leadership of hiring progress and challenges.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive intelligence, and best practices in talent acquisition.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within the technology or hospitality sectors.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage full-cycle recruitment processes for a variety of roles and career levels.

  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools, including applicant tracking systems and social media platforms.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.

  • Ability to analyze recruitment data and metrics to drive continuous improvement.

  • Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.

  • Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
