KWnG Live هو استوديو احترافي للمباشرة والتسوق في المعادي. نحن نبحث عن مقدّمين واثقين وجاذبين على الكاميرا (مقدمو بث مباشر) للذهاب على الهواء وتقديم المنتجات للجمهور المباشر عبر الإنترنت — أنت تُعرِض، وتسلّي، وتروّج، وتحوّل المشاهدين إلى مشترين. فكّر بمقدم تلفزيوني يتقاطع مع بائع مباشر على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي. إذا كنت تبرز أمام الكاميرا وتتحدث الإنجليزية بطلاقة، فهذه منصتك.
???? الحزمة — اقرأ هذا أولاً:
الراتب الأساسي من 20,000 إلى 25,000 ج.م/شهر + مكافأة أداء شهرية إضافية — راتب قوي ليوم عمل قصير.
وردية فقط 5 ساعات (4 ساعات بث أمام الكاميرا + 1 ساعة إعداد وتجميل) — وليس عادة 8–9 ساعات عمل متواصل.
5 أيام في الأسبوع، 2 يومين راحة — نحو 25 ساعة أسبوعياً.
تدريب مدفوع وتدريب على الكاميرا — لا حاجة لخبرة سابقة.
استوديو مهني مجهز بالكامل — أنوار، كاميرا، وجميع التجهيزات مقدمة.
مسار نمو واضح : مقدم → مضيف أول → قائد فريق.

ابدأ البث على الكاميرا وقدم المنتجات بطريقة ممتعة ومقنعة.
اعرض المنتجات، قدِّم العروض والتخفيضات المفاجئة، أجب على الجمهور، وأغلق الصفقة.
حافظ على الحماس وتفاعل القاعة من الدقيقة الأولى حتى الأخيرة.
أضف شخصيتك الخاصة مع اتباع خطة اللعب البسيطة للبرنامج.
المتطلبات
الإنجليزية بطلاقة وثقة محكية — ستقدم باللغة الإنجليزية كلياً (الشرط الوحيد).
حضور قوي وجذاب على الكاميرا — تعبيرية، عالي الطاقة، مريحة بأن تُشاهَد.
طريقة طبيعية مع الناس — تستطيع الحديث والإقناع ولفت الانتباه.
موثوق وملتزم بجدول دوام ثابت من 5 أيام.
المرونة في أوقات الورديات / التناوب.
0–2 سنوات خبرة — الخريجون الجدد بكمية الطاقة الصحيحة والإنجليزية مرحب بهم.
أي خلفية في التقديم، إنشاء المحتوى، التمثيل، الاستضافة، المبيعات، أو خدمة العملاء ميزة (ولكنها ليست مطلوبة — نحن نقوم بالتدريب).
يجب أن تكون متاحاً للعمل في الموقع بالقاهرة (المعادي).

مناسبون جداً: مقدَّمون، صناع محتوى، ممثلون، مقدمو فعاليات/MCs، مواهب إذاعة، نجوم المبيعات وخدمة العملاء، أو أي شخص يلمع أمام الكاميرا.

We're hiring confident, charismatic On-Camera Presenters (Live Hosts) to go live and present products to a live online audience — you demo, you entertain, you hype the room, and you turn viewers into buyers. Think TV shopping presenter meets social-media live seller. If you light up in front of a camera and speak great English, this is your stage.
???? The package — read this first:
Basic salary 20,000 – 25,000 EGP/month + a monthly performance bonus on top — strong pay for a short day.
Only a 5-hour shift (4 hours live on camera + 1 hour prep & glam) — not the usual 8–9 hour grind.
5 days a week, 2 days off — about 25 hours a week.
Paid training and on-camera coaching — no previous experience needed.
A fully-equipped professional studio — lights, camera, and setup all provided.
A clear growth path: Presenter → Senior Host → Team Lead.

What you'll actually do
Go live on camera and present products in a fun, persuasive way.
Demo products, run offers and flash sales, answer the audience, and close the sale.
Keep the energy high and the room engaged from the first minute to the last.

Requirements
Fluent, confident spoken English — you present entirely in English (the one non-negotiable).
A strong, charismatic on-camera presence — expressive, high-energy, comfortable being watched.
A natural way with people — you can talk, persuade, and hold attention.
Reliable and committed to a consistent 5-day shift schedule.
Open to flexible / rotating shift times.
0–2 years of experience — fresh graduates with the right energy and English are very welcome.
Any background in presenting, content creation, acting, hosting, sales, or customer service is a plus (but not required — we train you).
Must be available to work on-site in Cairo (Maadi).
Who we're looking for
A natural, confident on-camera personality — you love being watched, not scared of it.
Fluent, comfortable spoken English (you'll present in English — this is a must).
Big energy, charisma, and a knack for talking people into things.
No experience required — if you've got the personality and the English, we'll train you into a pro.

This is an on-site role at our Maadi studio, with flexible / rotating shift times you'll know in advance. Shortlisted candidates will record a short product-selling video as part of the process — don't worry, we coach you.
